We were in Nuevo Progreso Sunday, Lots of winter Texans shopping and enjoying themselves. We felt safe even though it appeared something may have been going on, It could have been a training exercise. 2 Helicopters were flying low over town and 5 military trucks passed through town. Then again that could be why Nuevo Progreso is not included in the list of cities listed in the Govt warning.
