First of all I am not trying to deter anyone from visiting Topsail. The campground is absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back. Just wanted to show what a day of rain can do to the place. That water was ankle deep.

Yup have seen it before. All sand helps it go away quickly...

We are going there the first week of August....

When you get many inches of rain in an hour or two this what happens.

Doesn't look as bad as it was a month ago...lol

Hope all the rain didn't ruin your vacation. We also love Topsail. Just missed the big rain a month ago. Thanks for sharing your pics. You can't fool Mother Nature... That's an old quote :).

Actually.... we all had a blast riding our bikes through the water. Coming from Colorado, rain is welcome.

When it rains we get caught up on red box movies, but were in a RV.. Tent folks is a different matter.
we love Topsail also, once a year we stay there.
