I might agree with this, except when I read it, California came to mind first. I'll leave it at that ...
I believe what might happen eventually :: The public lands will segment out a small section for recreation, it will become too crowded for anyone to enjoy, and the remaining land will be inaccessible to the public.
Hmmm, if that happens, maybe the inaccessible land will survive as wilderness, watershed, and wildlife habitat ... two sides to it.
