That didn't happen, so they have selected a law firm to push the issue. Where are the sportsmen and other recreationists in Utah? Why haven't we heard more from them?

I find it incredible that the SUWA (Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance) is against this lawsuit. SUWA has been a thorn in the side of motorized recreational use of public lands in Utah for years so I figured that they would be all for the state taking over... I guess they know too what will likely happen after a state gets their greedy hands on our public lands.
