Apparently my ability to read is better than your ability to be pleasant. While I may not have been in Idaho in the 80's and 90's I did my first whitewater trip in 1967 so I have seen the evolution of the rafting regulations. I fail to understand why the seemingly hostile demeanor if we are on the same side of this issue, and fellow rafters as well. BTW the bags are no longer able to be used on expedition trips, one must carry a true hard side toilet system on raft trips. We call them "groovers" in the Grand Canyon.
