Being from Wyoming, I of course am not against ranchers or grazing:) However, ALL Americans own our federal lands and we hire federal land managers to manage those lands. They try to balance that management between different uses. To do that they have to put limits on grazing as to how many, time of year, etc. Ranchers may not like that, but that is part of multiple use.
As to the claim in the video that the federal government has no constitutional right to own the land...that is absolutely not true. Earlier I posted a link to a report prepared by the Congressional Research Service verifying that the federal government DOES have the right to own and manage federal land. I am posting that link again again below.
The video smacks too much of Cliven Bundy stuff for my taste...especially when he says the county sheriff has ultimate authority.
