That hit piece said absolutely nothing! I'm sick of all the scare tactics in Florida. You can't even pick up a piece of dead wood off the ground and burn it in a FSP and technically you can't even swat a mosquito without violating the law and God knows you can't freakin mow the grass without upsetting the entire eco system, Please!
