One can find this type of story happening all across our public lands. Here's one happening in Central Oregon, a place where I kind of keep track of what's going on. Feds set critical habitat for spotted frog
Say good bye to any dispersed camping in this area, all along water I might add.
When discussing the state of Utah, I'd much rather see ALL federal public land handed over to the state, any day of the week!
