I think the O.P. was booked for longer than that- he just left early. He mentions "Folks staying over a week" having to keep their boats up front in his opener.
I still think what most are overlooking here is the plain fact that the Park was responding to a complaint. Real beef is likely with the busybodies that started complaining about the boat in the first place.
