Trip Report: Snow Camping at Lodgepole in Sequoia Nat Park

Thanks for all the kind comments -- and DAS, we came up via 180, not 198. I talked to a couple of rangers and a CHP officer, and they told me that now that the construction is finished on 198, I could have taken my very short trailer on 198, saving an hour of travel each way. Maybe I will try it in the off-season -- with no snow and few oncoming motorists!
