Our favorite RV park in the Tucson area is not actually in Tucson. It is the Butterfield RV Resort in Benson, about 40 miles east of Tucson on I-10. Take a look at their website HERE. When visiting Phoenix, we also stay outside the city at the Val Vista Resort in Casa Grande.
Both parks are relatively small by Arizona resort standards but both keep spaces available for short-time visitors. At Butterfield, short-time spaces are asphalt paved pull-thrus and right next to the office for easy in-out.
