We wintered for several years at Desert Trails RV park. You will love the place. It has a lot of activities and is a wonderfully funky place. However, it is 20-30 minutes from downtown. They fill up in the winter but I think late Nov would not be a problem.
Lazy Days KOA is probably the most centrally located park and is beautiful but spendy.
