Several good parks. Lazydays has a park, I think it's a KOA now, behind their dealership. Lots of room, clean, restaurant, and plenty of RV's to look at.
One campground we absolutely love is around the mountain from Tucson proper but still close - Catalina Sate Park. It only lacks a sewer hookup but does have a couple of dump locations. It is on the backside of the Catalina Mountains and the views are incredible. The sites are long and wide with lots of space between neighbors. Only downside is it's very popular and you gotta book it early.
