As mentioned in a previous post, the KOA near Lazydays is really nice. It's close to I-10 (but not too close). It is also centrally located to most that Tucson has to offer.
Another fine option is the Voyager RV park off of I-10 on the SE side of the city. I know you're not looking for lots of ammenities, but it has more than you'll need.
