I purchased mine at Walmart and am beginning to think that it may be a Walmart thing as much as a Florida thing. Walmart is known to purchase special production runs of products that are missing a feature or two, which allows them to buy and sell at a lower price than others. Florida not having a state income is probably just an excuse to do it.
