TX Gulf Coast insects in winter
We are considering the TX Gulf Coast for next winter. How bad are the insects? Mosquitoes? Noseeums?

We have been going to Texas gulf coast for 10 years. Normally go for just 2 to 3 weeks in late February and early March. I have only ran in to bad mosquitoes one time in a sort of swampy area not right on the coast. Most places on the coast have been almost mosquito free and no other irritating bugs. This year we were in the Rockport area with no problems.
