Try having a conversation with your neighbor mentioning politely that you hear their truck early every morning. Maybe they will take the hint.
If not, invite a friend with a loud truck over some evening and ask them to stay until around midnight. Then have them "warm their truck up" for 20 minutes before they leave. You know, while the neighbor is trying to sleep.
