Past three mornings had to leave early for appointments.....temps were 30*f/23*F/32*F
SO after cycling the grid heaters 2X started the truck......placed it in NEUTRAL/Set cruise for High Idle/turned exhaust brake ON and let it warm up
Exhaust temps at 600*F----cast iron block warmed up/coolant warmed up/engine oil warmed up/tranny oil warmed up and most importantly....CAB got warm
2 minute drive to Interstate and 75MPH run with a warm truck!!!
Life happens...deal with it-----sheesh!
I make it a personal challenge to get on the highway before the coolant gauge comes up to normal.
