  • 2oldman.. Thanks for the link BUT I'm wanting to take it BACK into CANADA, not the other way around.
  • hahahahahahahahah

I thought I saw Foghorn Leghorn roaming the border crossings, looking for Canadians with I say I say I say, contraband chickens. That boy's dumber than a sack of hammers, I say, I say.....
  • **** straight it's still a no no. You Canadians don't seem to remember the last time you were stealing US chickens, and we had to send General Rutherford B. Hayes and Colonel Harland Sanders up there to teach you all a lesson in 1829 eh? Go ahead, keep it up.
  • Aldi had chicken drumsticks on sale for US$0.69/lb last week. :B
We do it all the time.
When it comes to bringing produce or meats back, if they're packaged from the US grocery store or outlet, you're usually good to go, within the quantity limits.
I think they're more concerned about produce that hasn't been FDA/USDA inspected, like stuff from roadside stands, or direct from the farm stuff. Or hunting game/fishing catch.
  • According to todays info on Canada Border Services, Yes up to 20 kilos per person.
Scroll down to Meat Poultry fresh. Just be truthful if asked questions. You can say when you checked the official CBSA website if the agent of day questions you.
