From the aerial photos at Google Maps these coordinates 43.659787,-124.192665 show maybe one or two sites with a southern exposure. RVParkReviews has several reviews that mention dense tree cover and no satellite. I'd say your chances are slim to none. And having formerly lived in Reedsport for 20+ years, your chances of over the-air TV are about the same.
