I have been camping at the Umpqua Lighthouse campground for 20+ years. There are several sites that have satellite access. I have DirecTV and know it works. I don't have experience with Dish but I suspect it should work also.
You say you "..are moving to Umpqua..." and you are full-timers. I assume you are going to be a camp host? If so, you are usually placed in sites #1 or #2. Both of them have a satellite shot. I have seen previous camphosts using satellite antennas in those spots. Additionally site #10 and #11 have a shot (for DirecTV) but at the front of the sites and almost in the road.
My favorite sites are #48, #50, #52, and #54. There is no satellite access from these sites per se, but there is a shot available from the parking lot above them. You have to setup the antenna on the south side of the Yurt parking area and then run a cable down the hill to your rig.
Sites #43 and #45 are also potential satellite friendly locations. However I have not actually tried getting a signal there.
You will need a portable antenna as roof top mounts will be blocked by trees.
Umpqua Lighthouse is a terrific little park. Winchester Bay is scenic and fun to explore. If you like oysters, Triangle Oysters grows them at the south end of the jetty and sells them at the end of the first peninsula. The Light House is worth a tour as are the numerous sand dunes. Crabbing and fishing are popular activities. There is lots to see and do south and north of there. If you are interested in more information, let me know.
