We hosted at Tugman SP last year. This is a co-managed park with Umpqua. The other hosts had satellite reception there.
I did not enter the Umpqua campground but it did not look anymore densely wooded than Tugman. We did not have any problems with iPhones working there.
Great area for hosting.
