Thanks for finding their site, Rotis. Yep...it looks very familiar. We enjoyed our stay. As far as narrow sites, we've seen a lot worse as we traveled. We didn't find them narrow.
You're welcome, my wife took the pictures for their site. We spent six weeks there last year and we're going to be there for three months this year. The people there are great, we have a good time there and I agree the site size seems fine to us too. - 2gypsies1Explorer IIIThanks for finding their site, Rotis. Yep...it looks very familiar. This is supposed to be a first class place but am having trouble getting any solid info / website.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.
It's a great place. Here's the link to their website. http://www.colorado-rvpark.com - donkeydewExplorerit is the nicest, well kept park we have stayed at in colorado
- RAS43Explorer IIICan't help with the campground but if you go there check out Cottonwood cellars/Olathe winery and the Rocking W dairy for cheese. They are west out of town about 3-4 miles on same road thru town.
YUM. :B - Two_HandsExplorerWe overnighted there a couple years ago. 2gypsies is spot on, not a resort but a very, very nice quiet park. The area is famous for its sweet corn and it is delicious.
- IDmanExplorerWe have spent a couple of nights there and it was okay. Quiet and shady, but sites were fairly narrow. Most rigs there are Texans there for the entire summer. They seemed to resent us from Colorado intruding on "their" place.
- fj12ryderExplorer III^^^^^^^^What he said. We spent a few days there while riding in the area. Concrete/cement pads and level. Nothing for kids, but as was mentioned, it is a 55+ RV park. Very nice place.
- 2gypsies1Explorer IIIWe've stayed there and it's a very nice small park. It is well manicured - lawns, flowers. It has a clubhouse with some activities and occasional meals or happy hour. I wouldn't consider it a 'first class' park like a big resort but we enjoyed our time there. It is 55+. Our 40' MH fit fine.
