unhappy camper @ Ruthledge Lake RV Resort

As I have posted previously, the ratings are based on the amount of money the rater receives. I sat and watched this happen in an RV park we were working for. The GS/Woodalls rater came in, sat down with the manager, who handed him a written sheet of amenities & scores, a check for XX number of dollars and the rater got back into his vehicle and left. The rater never once set foot on the property, other than the office to collect his payoff. I had been shown the paper he received and what a surprise, the next GS/Woodalls published rating was a mirror of what the manager showed me.

That was the last CG book we ever purchased and the last commercial CG we worked for. We now rely on word of mouth and RVParksreview.com
