That means all who enter without RV's must obey those "YEILD" signs and not expect us to pullover or slow down for those without RV's as you enter said highway. As long as you agree to do the speed limit and not hog the left lanes. The reason people don't yield is because they see an older person driving a big vehicle and don't want to be stuck behind it.
Jan 1 through Jan 3 will be a traffic nightmare on I-95. Do us a favor and leave on the 5th instead.
