Upstate New York RV Parking for summer 2017

"Parking" as in storage? Or "parking" as in an RV park/campground?

Nearest nice campground is at turning stone casino. But, NYS upgraded the sites at the fairgrounds, i do not know if they are available when there is no event taking place, and it may very well be a parking lot. Further away towards Albany is Arrowhead marina and Rv park in Glenville NY, right on the Erie canal.

Bass Lake resorts in Parish about 40 minutes north of Syracuse off I81.

I've camped in a few different NY state parks and they've all had nice enough sites, though not fancy amenities (as is typical of state parks). Green Lake SP looks to be the closest to Syracuse. I haven't camped at that particular park, so can't give a specific review.
