I've been to Letchworth a number of times - 3 beautiful waterfalls & lots of hiking trails. While it may be too far out of your way, Ricketts Glen State Park in PA is about 3 hours southeast of Letchworth. If you like waterfalls, there are over 20 of them along a 7 mile hike.
