Just wondering how much camping at RV parks have you done? Your complaints strike me as a general critique of many overnight RV parks. While I haven't stayed at USA RV Park, I've noted the ( good) reviews and it would be on my list of stopping points if I needed one in that area. I've stayed at many similar establishments-close to highway and easy to get to.
My suggestion if you're going to stay a while, dig deeper. Try to find pictures doing google image search. Look at satellite pictures. Investigate nearby forests or other scenic areas.
But all in all, places like USA are getting good reviews and are serving their purpose. Note the pic on their website shows little shade and the site spacing. Typical desert type overnight park
