We have a Thousand Trails membership and after our first stay a one of their sites we were sent a request to give a review of the campsite. The review we gave was not bad but did state some of the things we thought needed attention. Things like no bench, chair or shelf in the shower only place to put your clothes was on the floor. Anyway after the review I noticed that we have never been asked to give a review of any of the other parks we have stayed.
We just have to take both good and bad reviews with a grain of salt.
