I would be satisfied if the reviews were at least concerned with what they used and seen firsthand. Comments about facilities they did not use, perhaps only walked by, or heard about from someone else are hearsay.
Examples. I have read, the latter on T/A :
We did not use the washrooms but they looked OK from outside
The Office looked like an old barn with antique junk farm machines around. As it was self service registration in off season we did not have to go near it. The flowers were probably nice in the junk in summer.
