Lots of good advice, but I will say- unfortunately everything that we did was a lot of walking. The parking lots are generally behind the casinos and the casinos are quite large.
The Hoover Dam isn't at a super speedy pace and there is time to rest as the guide talks to you. Depending on what you want to do there, it could be a fair amount of walking.
