Video TR: Bonneville Salt Flats, UT

Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats are one of earth's most unusual land forms, formed by the evaporation of the ancient Lake Bonneville into the much smaller present-day Great Salt Lake.

My buddy Todd and I headed west to the Salt Flats last month to boondock right at their edge, nestled at the base of the Silver Island Mountains. We got some amazing 4K footage to share of both the Salt Flats and the mountains, both from the ground and from the air.

Our newest video has been released this morning. Check it out!

Excellent footage of the mountains around the salt flats!

Appreciate it! That craggy "Volcano Peak" was pretty darned cool. My buddy flew his drone to its summit...as a new pilot I wasn't that brave.
  • Great job, thanks for sharing with all of us.

I watched Ep# 3 and loved your comments about the Grand Canyon, been there ... LOL

I took a helicopter flight, it was worth it.

    Now that I believe!

Check out episode 2, too. Same trip as episode 3 but I was much happier with how 2 came out, both footage and editing.

    Thanks for watching!
