Virginia campgrounds
New fifth wheeler, 42' Montana. Can anyone reccommend campground in mountains or near kerr lake that I can get into. Love to be on water. Thank you.

A google search brought up bunches of stuff in NC, but only a few in VA. Those were Oconeechee State Park and North Bend Park and Campground. Each of these have great reviews - 4.8 out of 5.0. They also say that they have big rig access. I would call the park and ask to talk to a ranger. Usually the person answering the phone has no idea what the campground is like and doesn't know what facilities it would require for a 42' ft RV.
