Virginia private parks with cabins

We are wanting to take a family vacation next summer to someplace in Virginia which has full hookups and cabins. I can't quite see renting a house when we have our fifth wheel but the older kids do not have anything and do not want to rough it. I know all about the state parks but I was hoping someone might know of a private park, preferably on a lake or river

    The lake might be the hard part. Most KOAs and Yogi Bears have cabins. Lake Gaston Americamps has cabins.

    Fancy Gap cabins and campground.
    Also if you research cabins in the area you will find many privately owned units that are available, a phone call will likely locats some that have room for your 5er for an upcharge, just would likely have to use a 15 amp AC connection.
