Has anyone had issues today in trying to get on the website. I have them ask for ID and password which I have never had.

Its the weekend, they are likely messing around with it. Government worrkers have weekends off and don't need it, , so that's the time to try and fix things that don't work. Just give them twice as long and maybe it will be back up by Monday.
