If you plan to stay in either of the forest service campgrounds (Douglas Fir or Silver Fir) on the Mt Baker Highway, be sure to make reservations. Both times I drove by (in June & July) they were filled.
Last time I was there I stayed at Silver Lake County Park in Maple Falls, WA, about 35 miles from the ski area. Some sites have water & electric for $30.00 per night. There are couple of commercial campgrounds in Sumas, WA & a KOA in Lynden a bit further away.
