Watkins Glen, NY which campground to choose for next summer

I have narrowed it down for next summer to either Clute Park Campground or Watkins Glen State Park. I have read through some of the reviews on both campgrounds, Clute park campground, has full h...

I stayed at Watkins Glen State Park - loved it, not sure where you heard about noise/partying/showers but its a state park and my experience is that the rangers do not tolerate unruly behaviour.

We had no issues with the bathrooms
