I guess they had a pretty wet season in the valley. A person that pulls trailers was telling me that several were stuck in the mud when he went to get them. One triple axle was all the way down to it's axles even. That one was located in San Benito and was under a roof.
A very nice newer 5'ver in the park is now up for sale. Heard through the grape vine that when it was pulled in, it too was covered with black mold on the inside. I doubt that it leaked.

The theory on the bugs is when it rains so hard in the Valley, the bugs seek higher ground. If it is a tire to a trailer, then up they go. Borax is a good way to stop them prior to a population explosion.
