I have a hard time believing that a state park or commercial campground does not have potable water.
Regardless.... fill up the fresh tank at home and use it. You should certainly have enough for an overnight stop.
The water is drinkable...just barely. I grew up in West Texas drinking it everyday. Didn't realize how bad it was until I moved off and go back from time to time to visit my dad.
You do know about using bottled water for coffee don't you?
