What are the best spots to camp in Texas in Winter?

Divide Texas into upper, middle, and lower. Upper November&April, Middle December&March, Lower January&February.

All the state and coe parks are very nice. Stay mobile is the trick to Texas. A week to a month here and there and you'll have a very enjoyable winter.

Just remember Texas does get a winter that lasts for about 2-6 weeks (cold and rain) in the lower part. It gets worse and longer the further up you go.
