What are the best spots to camp in Texas in Winter?

We are planning to go down to Texas during the winter and are wondering where the great spots to camp are located. We love to be by water and beaches when we can, love National and State Parks, COE c...

You'll be just fine, but don't take flash floods in Texas for granted. When the park host tells you to move, move. All you need is to see pictures of the Lake Georgetown COE after a flash flood to be respectful. I think the lake went up 22 feet in under 8 hours as I remember the story.
