What are your priorities?

For Florida Snowbirds how do you go about choosing a site where you will be bound to, for months at a time.

You can assume safety, warmth, and cleanliness is a priority, but what else is it that you highly value.

    Although we "Snowbird" in Southern California I research parks using rvparkreviews.com. I read through the reviews of each park looking for keywords; clean, quiet, large spaces, safe, nice staff...etc. If there are a lot of negative reviews I immediately move to the next park on the list.

    If a park sounds good I go on their website to see what amenities they have and I look on Google maps ("Earth view") to zoom in and get an overview of the park layout. This also helps to see what is nearby; lakes, rivers, ocean, restaurants, towns...etc
