We are currently in a seasonal spot. The "person" they have had running the CG has never been an RVer. She was suppose to learn some type of computer program that is in use that tells her what sites are available and when.
I suspect she is either too stupid or too lazy to figure it out because we observe the same thing. Someone will be in a site for a day or two and tell us they have to move on because someone else has the spot. Then it will sit empty for several days. Sometimes when you talk to the new folks you find out they weren't late coming in at all.
She also will rent a 35' spot to a 45' MH. She just doesn't have a clue. Not a very pleasant "people" person either.
But their prices are good ($325 a month for full hook-up sites) and they stay as full as they can.
