What is MISSING from your RV Park?
MY answer is "Trees". When I was a Boy Scout we were surrounded by trees. ....but what is your BIGGEST shortcoming at the parks you stay at?

Not what I would want either. And yet, it is full. So it is meeting the needs/wants of a particular clientele. Probably few amenities, lower overhead costs, and enough people in the area to make it financially successful. Location and a targeted audience. Good planning or good luck.
