Everything rambow said.......!! Gen. Pickett's is one of our favorite places to eat. I'll also suggest Cashtown Inn, west of Gettysburg about 8 miles, just off of Rt. 30. While you're out there, check out the Round Barn for fresh fruits & vegetables, plus a good selection of jams, jellies and salad dressings. Also out that way is the Adams County Winery. You'll swear you're lost but it's worth the trip (we're partial to their red wines and their specialty white wine "Tears of Gettysburg").
