It's pompous to call anyone else pompous. And that's not what I said, anyway. One way is not better than another. My observation was that boondocking used to be the norm, and generally what an RV was supposed to be for. But now, they're designed and built as if you're expected to park them on slabs and plug in, to the virtual exclusion of other uses.
You said what you said and it's meaning was clear to all - that's why you got so man similar responses. Also, you really should look up what the word "pompous" means is before using it so wrongly.
At any rate, at least I struck a cord and I think you realize your definition of RVing is no more correct than anyone else's.
