Well I posted on page one of this thread and just came back to check it out.. Its gotten a little testy :D
Been checking around and all the folks from our area ARE heading south as far as can figure. Many of us are grumbling a bit but were going to suck it up and enjoy our trips.
As far as the campground discounting, I don't see how its any different than how most cable/sat TV, internet, cell phone companies offer "extra" deals to NEW customers even though I have been a customer for many years and don't get the deal?
My choice is simple, stay with them or go elsewhere. No reason to get stressed over it really. :W
I live on the border with Minnesota and for as long as I can remember, the famous Border Bar on the US side has had Canadian money at par nights. The movie theater does the same. I don't recall any US citizens getting upset over it. And many Canadians take advantage of it.
Its just "marketing"
