Where can I camp next to a beautiful lake or river?

I often see photos of people camping within 40 feet of a beautiful fishing lake nestled in the mountains or a gentle stream running a dozen yards from their front doors, but I don't know where to actu...

Anywhere around Flaming Gorge Reservoir in Wyoming. You can pull right up to the water and camp for 14 days. Terrific trout fishing too. We could fish from shore while sitting under the awning of our rig.
