Where can I camp next to a beautiful lake or river?

I often see photos of people camping within 40 feet of a beautiful fishing lake nestled in the mountains or a gentle stream running a dozen yards from their front doors, but I don't know where to actu...

Tennessee and the TVA water system has thousands of these spots.

You can look around Boone Lake, Cherokee Lake, Watauga Lake, Douglas Lake and Norris Lake. These are all in the NE TN area, east of Knoxville.
