Two I can think of you WOULD get to and you could be streamside would be
Lake Glory Campground (PDF File) in Catawissa PA. Just watch the GPS and Don't come over Furnace Road - Covered Bridge right there.
And the other spot I know is
Jonestown KOA near Indiantown Gap, PA - They are right there along the Swatara Creek with FHU.
